How I got into design?

Back in undergrad, while studying Computer Science and Engineering, I couldn’t shake this feeling that what we were building was disconnected from products everyday people needed, used, and loved. I didn’t realise it then, but that was the start of it all.

What I bring to the table?

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across the product development lifecycle. From conducting user research for non-profits, to designing experiences for startups, to collaborating with cross-functional teams at Volvo Group.

Having focused on experience design, I’ve developed strong skills in design research, concept development, prototyping, and user testing. With every new project, I’m always trying to design with purpose, catering precisely to the needs of our users.

What’s my design process?

I’m still learning, and my process continues to evolve with every experience. That said, this is the approach I find myself returning to, helping me navigate ambiguity and design intentionally.

Explore

Dive into the problem space, understand user and business needs, explore the competitive landscape, and grasp the broader context.

Refine

Filter out the noise, surface the signal, and synthesise insights from the data to help shape a strong and focused product strategy.

Iterate

Build representative prototypes and test with users to validate ideas, reduce risk, and refine the experience through iteration.

Collaborate

Products aren’t built in isolation, collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, and refine solutions together.
